1.3. All information provided within the Service is of an auxiliary and informational nature and cannot replace professional consultation with qualified specialists.
2. Categories of Data Subject to Processing
2.1. Data provided voluntarily by the User:
- name or pseudonym (nickname);
- e-mail (for registration, authorization, and communication);
- date and time of the last gambling episode;
- profile privacy settings;
- information manually entered into the personal progress card.

- interface language;
- access time and activity history within the Service.

7. Public Progress Card
7.1. The Public Card is activated exclusively at your request in the dashboard settings.
7.2. You are solely responsible for sharing your card's secret ID or the direct link to it. The Administration cannot control the use of this data by persons to whom you have granted access.
8. Data Protection and Security
We apply modern protection methods, including connection encryption (HTTPS) and strict access control to the database. However, no method of data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; therefore, we recommend using complex passwords and not disclosing access data to third parties.
9. User Rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, request restriction of processing, or the full deletion of your profile ("the right to be forgotten"). To exercise these rights, use the settings in your personal account or contact us via email.
10. Account Deletion
Upon deleting your account through the Service settings, all your personal data, statistics, and progress records are permanently deleted. Some technical logs may be kept in an anonymized form for a limited time for server security purposes.
11. Changes to this Policy
The Administration may update this Policy. The new version takes effect from the moment it is posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service signifies your agreement to the updated terms.
